Our products are available for delivery worldwide.
Unless expedited courier delivery is selected at checkout, items will be delivered via trackable post directly to the address you have stated as your delivery address. When your order is shipped, you will receive an update via email to the email address entered for the order.
Delivery times will depend on the customer’s location. You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail to confirm your order. Processing will take place within 48 hours of your order, with the exception of our company holiday closing periods. Orders placed during our closing periods will be processed as soon as we reopen. Delivery times are normally Monday - Friday (except public holidays) 08.00 - 17.00.
Please note, if the attempts by the carrier to deliver to the stated address is unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to The Netherlands and therefore Poodle is not liable to refund the freight cost.
To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home, etc.) it is necessary to fill in the delivery information correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone. Poodle is obligated to deliver within 30 days. If Poodle fails to do so the customer is entitled to terminate the buying agreement.
Shipping charges via Trackable Post
€ 5.00 per order for deliveries within The Netherlands.
€10.00 per order for deliveries within Western Europe.
€20.00 per order for deliveries to the Rest of the world.
Applicable fees for expedited courier delivery will be quoted at checkout.
Please note that for international deliveries outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for all import duties and fees which may be incurred.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the article you receive, you can return the article within fifteen 15 days of the date of receipt provided that the garment has not been used or damaged. The garments should be returned unused in good condition with labels intact in the original packaging. Consequently, Poodle cannot accept exchanges and returns of items which are damaged or used or without their original packaging, unless the damage is due to a flaw.
If you would simply like to exchange the size and/or color of a garment you have purchased, you are welcome to exchange the garment for another available size or color in the same garment style. If you would like to return one article and select another one instead, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order. Shipping charges for products to be exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer. Please note that Poodle is unable to accept goods returned via pay-on-delivery. However, if there is a flaw in the goods delivered by Poodle, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Poodle, we will reimburse the customer for the return freight cost.
Poodle will return the original payment for any refunds (less shipping) within 30 days.
Once the item is received, Poodle will check that it is in good condition and will send the size or color requested or process a return payment request, whichever is applicable. In the event that Poodle has mistakenly sent you an article different to the one ordered, or if the quality of the article sent is not acceptable, Poodle, once it has checked the error or defect, will credit you with the proportional part of the return postal delivery costs for the defective garment, upon presentation of the receipt from the customer for the return postal delivery costs.
A RETURN FORM must be completed and enclosed with any returned item. A returns form can be requested from our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns can be made by trackable post and must be addressed to:
